Monday 11pm
I'm at work and will be there another hour. My sister, Raemista calls me. She is pretty sure her husband of a year, Michael is planning on breaking up with her tonight. He had been sending her texts like "we just dont make eachother happy" "I dont think this is working, ect" So she asks me to come on over. I arrive a little after 12am and for the hour or so I'm there, they seem to be getting along fine. So I take off home. It had been a long day; pretty tired.

3am
I was just about asleep and I get a call, "Starlyn, he hit me! I unplugged his phone charger and he hit me with his phone!", crys Raemista, "He wont get off the phone with his family".
I can hear them both screaming at each other and I offer to go over there and take her and their year old son, Donevan back to my place to sleep. She says no. So I get off the phone and go on to sleep.

4am
Missed call.....from Raemista (slept through it)

5am
I wake to my phone vibrating on my night stand and answer it,"STARLYN, HE SSAT AT ON TOP OF MMME AND WOULDNT GET OFF!!!! (SHE IS HYPERVENTALTING AT THIS POINT) HE WAS LAUGHING SAY 'Oh, am I sufficating you? can you not breathe?' SO I SCRATHED HIM!" She basically had to claw him off of her. I told her to grab Donevan and I would be over there to get them. I pull up into their apartment complex and I see Michael walking the oppoiste direction, shirtless with Donevan off to the main road. I told him to hand me the baby. He refuses and keeps walking. Raemista is running chasing him begging him to stop. I called the cops. The cops arrived and seperated us. Michael was on the oppisite side of the street with Donevan. After speaking to all three of us about what happened, they come over to my sister and I to tell us his parents were 10 minutes away and since Michael had as much rights to the baby as my sister did, they could not stop him from taking Donevan. They suggest we get an attorney. So, I calmly asked (my sister is crying hysterically) it all depends on who is holding him?. Correct. So if my sister walked over their and picked him up out of Michaels hands, she would then have the primary custody? Correct. But they couldnt allow her to do that in case of a tug a war.

Now heres the deal, Michaels parents had just moved and we dont know their new address. All we know is the town. and that town is 3 hours away. So we watched his parents pull up, take Donevan and leave, without even saying getting to say good bye. Raemista collapsed in heartbreak.

Tuesday Pearl Birthday
We get few hours of sleep the rest of the morning. And with awesome help from my friend Brandy, we pull the Birthday Party off! Raemista is now at this time walking around dazed. People are giving her advice right and left "get an attorney" "file for temporary custody" but all is so pricey and time consuming.

Wednesday
4pm ish Raemista calls me sobbing,"I cant do this. I miss him so much, I cant go another minute!" So i have come over and we start plotting. First we begin with google. We google up attorneys, but they all wanted $200 an hour and $2500 up front. Then we google the yellow pages, put in his parents home line and BAM got their new address. Then we google rights. Any parent who conceals a child from the other parent with legal custody is in fact kidnapping and kidnapping is a felony and that means we have the right to practice the 9th admindment (sp?) Civial Arrest. Ok, so we have a rough plan. Drive down there, knock on the door, ask to see Donevan, Michael refuses, call the cops and request charges be pressed on him for kidnapping.

So we hop in the car with Donevans SSC, Lease of the apartment to show his residency, birth certificate, and a doctors bill. We then begin our long journey to our 3 hour destination with assistance of Olive (Our GPS, named because she is so awesome!) 3 hours fly fast and next thing I know we are in the neighborhood per Olive. So not only had they moved to a different house, but also had bought a new car. What helped us find the RIGHT house was they had only their screen door closed and there was Donevan! walking around the living room! We pull in an dpark the car. We go to the front door and remain calm (of course it took everything not to just open the door and snatch Donevan) Michaels step dad walked over and picked up Donevan and waved us in (INVITED US IN) he obviously wasnt sure what to do so he grabs his cell to make a phone, call probably to his wife. In the midst of unsureness he hands over (HANDS THE BABY TO) Raemista! I casually ask him if Michael is home, he shakes his head no. BAM! Ok this is by law kidnapping, lets go! and we dart ou the house with Donevan.. "OH NO YOU DONT!!, " the step dad yells as he grabs for Raemista. I sternly told him if you touch her that is assult. YOU have no right to this baby! He tries to block raemista from the car door that opens to the carseat so raemista runs to the passenger side and Jumps in! I jump in the drivers seat, lock the doors and DRIVE! Raeemista is buckleing him in as we make our way out of the neighborhood witht he step dad yelling im calling the cops! We exited through the small town going speed and never pulled over. With help from Olive, we were homebound! took an extra long detour to be safe. hahah HAH! you do not mess with us when it comes to our babies!

Retracking, we didnt do a thing illegal. He invited us in and handed the baby over.

My sister and I were so n synce through it, the whole mission was accomplised in less the a minute and half! We maybe crazy, but we are not idiots! Michael was the idiot to ever mess with us! When it comes to our babies, we will never quit and we will always conqur! He is now facing the same position he left Raemista in.. She has primary legal custody until he gets a lawyer and has a judge speak otherwise.

Donevan is back in his mothers arms.
